What Does the Setup Fee Cover?
The setup fee is our onboarding and configuration time. It is a one-time fee. This includes training the AI on your expertise and frameworks, prompt writing, cloning your voice, setting up any KPI's, creating membership levels, and defining the evaluation metrics. We set up everything so your ReplicAItor is ready to go - all you have to do is start sending your clients to the system.
What's Included in the Monthly Fee?
Your monthly fee replaces costs you'd otherwise pay elsewhere — hosting, plugin licenses, developer time for updates, and security management. If you were able to do this yourself it would be $200/month minimum before writing a single system prompt. Our monthly fee is "less than self-hosting, with everything done for you". The Professional option gives you "your own coaching platform with client membership tiers built in."
Can I upgrade to the next package?
Absolutley! Just pay the difference in the setup costs and monthly fees - nothing will be lost and you will automatically get the additional features. If you are upgrading from the Starter Package to another tier and want your own domain name. This requires a new URL, and the process can take up to 72 hours.
What do you mean by Client Tier Gating?
This allows you to set your own packages, like Bronze, Silver, and Gold and charge your clients different subscription amounts for different features in the system - and you decide which features are premium features for each tier.
How much do my clients pay?
You decide what your monthly or annual subscription fees are. Some clients charge $27 per month for a basic subscription and $97 for a VIP subscription while others might charge hundreds or even thousands. The pricing is entirely up to you.
Who pays for API usage?
The cost of running the system is absorbed by your monthly fees. This includes API (application programming interface) calls to the various LLMs and voice engines we use. If you are a large Enterprise who is self-hosting our software, you would need your own API keys, but the average coach does not need to do anything.
What is the cost for my domain name and hosting?
As long as you are on one of our standard packages, the cost of your domain name and hosting your ReplicAI•tor are included in the monthly or annual costs. There are no hidden fees.
How Does ReplicAI•tor Compare to Other AI Coaching Systems?

Do You Offer a Free Trial?

Can I Add My Own Custom Pages or Sponsors to My ReplicAI•tor?
Yes, you can have sponsors displayed on your site. For example, a golf coach might get a golf club manufacturer to sponsor them - this can be added as ads, information, or links on sidebars or footers. We can also build products (either your own or a sponsors) with linkages into the training data so responses can promote these when appropriate in the feedback. You can also have up to two custom tabs with any content you want, including embedding motion tracking software programs (like TrackMan or Strava) or video avatars (like HeyGen or D-ID).
Will This Work on Mobile Devices?
The system is fully mobile responsive so anyone can use it on their cell phone. If you are looking for a native mobile app that your users can deploy, we can create this for you for an additional charge (note: Both Apple and Google require monthly fees to be listed in their app stores).
Do You Offer Self-hosted Solutions?
If you would like to host our software on your own servers, this is covered under our Enterprisee plan which is quoted per organization. Contact us for more information.
